The first in our collection of our green smoothie recipes.

What's In It?

  • 1/4 Of a whole Green Cabbage
  • 2 Small cucumbers
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Kiwi fruits
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Peeled lemon
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina powder
  • 1-2 cups Water

Let's Get Cooking

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
  2. Serve with ice
  3. Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
