- 1/2 Head Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Kale
- 2 Ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 2 Oranges, peeled, seeds removed
- 1 Mango
- 2 cups Water
- Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
- Serve with ice
- Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
