Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup Kale
  • 2 Ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 Oranges, peeled, seeds removed
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
  2. Serve with ice
  3. Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
