An interesting addition to our green smoothie series.
- 2 cups Chopped Melon
- 1/2 Lemon with pith
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint
- 2 handfuls Spinach, Kale or Silver-beet
- 3 cups Water
- Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
- Serve with ice
- Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
