Special Interest Areas:

  • Gastrointestinal Issues – I love all things ‘gut’ related – fixing any symptoms associated with the gut is my passion.  I believe the gut is the true heart of the body. Addressing problems in the gastrointestinal system will often help many other concerns in the body!
  • Food Intolerances – Using evidence-based techniques, I will help you to investigate potential food intolerances to eliminate unwanted symptoms.
  • Weight Management – I love to work with those who are difficult ‘losers’ and individuals with hormonal conditions such as menopause, PCOS and insulin resistance.
  • Integrative and Holistic Nutrition – I look for the root cause of issues and address these through solid nutrition principles.  I think outside the box to help you to understand your body better and ultimately feel better too.
