Apple pie smoothie – Green smoothie #5

The fifth in our collection of green smoothie recipes.

What's In It?

  • 2-3 Apples
  • 2 Sticks Celery
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 Handfuls Spinach
  • 1/4 Lemon with zest and peel
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 3 cups Water

Let's Get Cooking

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
  2. Serve with ice
  3. Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
