The third instalment in our green smoothie series.
What's In It?
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 1 Orange
- 1 cup Dark lettuce
- 1 cup Spinach
Let's Get Cooking
- Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
- Serve with ice
- Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
