Melon Magic – Green smoothie recipe #4

An interesting addition to our green smoothie series.

What's In It?

  • 2 cups Chopped Melon
  • 1/2 Lemon with pith
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint
  • 2 handfuls Spinach, Kale or Silver-beet
  • 3 cups Water

Let's Get Cooking

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a powerful blender, juicer or a food processor if that's what you have.
  2. Serve with ice
  3. Store any leftovers in a sealed jug or container in the fridge for up to two days. Alternatively, you can freeze into ice block moulds for cool and refreshing treats.
